Our new attendee was Joseph (Joe) Gould, who had driven from
the Peterborough area, bringing a malfunctioning RPC hoping to get some
advice/help. This was readily forthcoming
Show Details
Kenilworth St John's Hall on 9th July. Ticket price £3. 11am to 4pm
Open for members/exhibitors at 9am. STUART to be there in time to let them in.

Show preparation
13 exhibitors confirmed, with 2 possibles.
JOHN to write to exhibitors including mention of post-show curry.
RON Briscoe would contact Sine Nomine.
GRAHAM to collect 6 extra tables from Gaydon by GRAHAM
DOUG to update floor plan with table layout and showing electric sockets.
Distribution boards - various people, testing can be done on site.
CHRIS will look after table set-up.
GRAHAM will see to table covers mainly using material saved from last year.
RON Tickets (50), entry and Cash Box.
JOHN ticket design.
RON will produce around 50 tickets to be numbered for a prize draw.
Prizes to be provided by ROBIN (a copy of 1st, in the form of a token) and JOHN !rotor!. To be drawn for in mid/late afternoon.

Show posters - GRAHAM to think about large location posters, content and siting.
"RISC OS Computer Show" was suggested as a banner message JOHN to get printed with max cost of 50 pounds.
